By commissioning an artwork from the artist you agree to the following terms:
-The client can make up to 3 minor revisions before a fee of $10 is charged per revision.
-The client must make a non-refundable 50% deposit before the artist can start the commission.
-The client has every right to cancel before the 50% deposit.
-If the client chooses to cancel before the deposit, they will be charged a fee based on hours worked on the intial sketch, as well as materials purchased for the project.
-The artist agrees to send a rough sketch of the commission before painting upon request by the client.
-The artist will provide the client with a 30-minute free consultation to discuss the commission and ideas surrounding the project.
- Additional calls may be purchased in 30-minute increments for $20 per increment.
-In the event that the client needs the artwork sooner than the date that was agreed upon, the artist will provide them with a rush fee depending on the time of completion requested by the client.
- If the client wants the project under 3 weeks, they will be charged with a rush fee.
- The rush fee will range from 5-25% of the original commission price depending on the time given.
-The client may not re-sell art after purchase without permission from the artist. The client must provide the artist with 10% royalty of any re-sale.
-Once the artist gives the client a piece of work, they shall not duplicate the work in any way.
-The artist reserves the right to refuse any artwork that they don't feel comfortable making.
-After the artwork is completed, the client has 7 days to make a payment. If the artist does not hear from the client or recieve a payment within the 7 days, the artists may sell the artwork to whom ever they choose.
